Cancellation policy

• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm vacation rentals over Christmas and New Year
• For the rest of the year, a 50% deposit is required when making a booking
• Full payment must be made 2 weeks before occupation date
• No shows and cancellations within 48 hours will be charged the full rate
• Cancellations within 7 days will be charged 50%
• Two (2) weeks minimum booking over Christmas and New Year and one (1) week minimum over Easter
• Please note that rates are subject to availability and may change without prior notice
• All major credit cards are accepted
• Any extra services required can be arranged at an additional cost
