Out of season (1 May -31 July)
R1 200 per night for 4 people, there after R100 per person.

High season (1 August – 30 November; 16 January – 30 April)
R1 800 per night for 4 people, there after R150 per person.

Peak season (1 December – 15 January)
R2 700 per night for 4 people, there after R150 per person.

Lower rates for 2 people only negotiable depending on availibility!

Cancellation policy

• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm vacation rentals over Christmas and New Year
• For the rest of the year, a 50% deposit is required when making a booking
• Full payment must be made 2 weeks before occupation date
• No shows and cancellations within 48 hours will be charged the full rate
• Cancellations within 7 days will be charged 50%
• Two (2) weeks minimum booking over Christmas and New Year and one (1) week minimum over Easter
• Please note that rates are subject to availability and may change without prior notice
• All major credit cards are accepted
• Any extra services required can be arranged at an additional cost
